Support During US Market Hours. BTR Trading Group offers a variety of support services to its clients. If you are an active client who needs assistence, please call 800-453-4474 or email info@btrtrading.com duing US trading hours (7 AM Central Standard Time to 3:30 PM Central Standard Time).

24 Hour Trader Support. Outside US market hours, BTR Trading Group offers access to a 24 hour trader support desk and a 24 hour global execution desk. The contact information for these desks are not published on our website for security reasons. If you are an active BTR Trading Group client and need access to either desk, please contact us for more information.
