JUDGE ORDERS MOTION TO TRUE UP ALL CUSTOMERS TO 72%

*************************************************************************************************

CLAIMS FORMS FOR COMMODITY CUSTOMERS RELEASED

ALL CUSTOMERS MUST FILE A CLAIM FORM. Otherwise, you risk having all funds and property you received via interim distributions taken back from you. If you have engaged an attorney, including James L. Koutoulas, Esq., you MUST provide your attorney a copy of your completed claim form and proof that you submitted it. Due to the limited resources of the CCC, the CCC cannot review or file individual claims. Claim preparation and filing is the responsibility of each customer.

CLAIMS FORMS FOR GENERAL CREDITORS RELEASED
If you are an IB with unpaid commissions and fees, we recommend you consult with legal counsel and complete the Trustee's Claims Form for General Creditors.

*************************************************************************************************

John L. Roe of BTR Trading Group is working with James Koutoulas of Typhon Capital Management in conjunction with a group of industry professionals and MF Global customers, now known as the "Commodity Customer Coalition", to liberate all or a portion customer segregated funds ahead of the SIPC Trustee's claims process and to represent MF Global customers on the bankruptcy creditors committee. This effort is divided into two campaigns, a Legal Campaign and a Public Relations Campaign. For more information, along with an overview of these campaigns, please visit the CCC's website overview .

Those affected by MF Global's bankruptcy can find information for these efforts, important documents, news and links to additional resources on this site. If you have difficulty finding something please use the search box on the top right corner of this page. If you have questions or would like to add something to this page, please email John Roe.

We have made resources available to do so through the Commodity Customer Coalition website, including contact information, downloadable letters and more. Please use the links below:
