INDIVIDUAL RETIRMENT ACCOUNTS (IRA Futures Accounts)

Below are instructions for opening an Individual Retirement Account (IRA). These instructions are specific to what you want to do--trade a system, open a managed futures account or trade on your own.

Accounts of BTR Trading Group are held by MF Global through custodians Millennium Trust or Entrust. You will complete MF Global account paperwork and then submit it to one of these custodians. Customer Agreement and Acconut Disclosures Download the Disclosure and Customer Agreement. Please review this document. There is nothing to sign.

Individual & Joint Account Form Download the Individual Account Form. Please read the instructions and fill out and sign pages 1, 2, 3 and 11. For joint accounts, the second individual will need to complete pages 4 and 5. PLEASE NOTE: please make sure you answer NO to question 21 on page 2.
Additional Risk Disclosure Download the Additional Risk Disclosure Form. Please read and sign this form.
Letter of Direction Download the Letter of Direction. Please read and sign this agreement, noting which trading system you intend to trade.
Electronic Statements Consent Form Download the Electronic Statements Consent Form. Clients wishing to avoid mailing fees and receive statements via email, please complete this form.
Supplimental Risk Disclosure Download the Supplemental Risk Disclosure Form. Please read and sign this form.

If you are not a US based investor:

You will need to download and read the disclosure document of the CTA whose program in which you will participate. If you need help obtaining this document, please contact BTR Trading Group.
You will need to complete the CTA's advisor agreement. Please return the signature pages to BTR Trading Group. If you need help obtaining this document, please contact BTR Trading Group.
